Customer Relationship Management (CRM) is the backbone of building strong connections, enhancing customer experiences, and driving business growth. Through interactive lessons and hands-on exercises, you’ll explore how to leverage CRM tools to organize your sales pipeline, automate communications, and deliver personalized experiences at every touchpoint. Previous experience is not required to take this course. Those who complete the course will earn a certificate from WSU Tech. This course will not qualify for-credit, for degree seeking students. Course curriculum will be available to students until June 2026. 

Faculty Bio: 
Krissy Buck 
 
Krissy Buck is a dedicated advocate for creating inclusive online and in-person communities. As the Program Director of ShockStarter, a student-led digital marketing agency, and as an educator at WSU Tech, she empowers her students with the knowledge and skills necessary to leverage digital marketing for meaningful connections with their audiences and brands. 

 With a proven track record, Krissy previously served as the Chief Community Officer at QuiCC, a tech startup based in Wichita. During her time there, she successfully expanded QuiCC's user base to 77 countries in just ten months. 

 In addition to her professional roles, Krissy is the vice chair of Digital Wichita. This nonprofit organization educates Wichita's marketing and business community on the latest trends in digital marketing. Digital Wichita also hosts Social Media Day Wichita.
